POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. plain flour
2 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Preheat oven to 325°F and grease two pans. Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix in eggs, milk and oil until well blended. Add poppy seed, vanilla, almond and butter flavoring; blend well. Pour mixture into loaf pans.

Bake 1 hour at 325°F.

Glaze:

1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond
1/4 tsp. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Mix and pour over cool loaves.
