PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
2 onions, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
Vegetable oil, salt and pepper

Brown pork chops and onions in small amount of oil, season with salt and pepper. In a 8 x 12 inch greased baking dish, layer chops, half the onions, potato slices and remaining onions. Combine soup and milk and pour over casserole. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. If desired, take off foil and top with 1 cup grated cheese last 5 minutes.
