1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

TOPPING:

1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix all ingredients together except the topping. Place in a loaf pan. Mix catsup, brown sugar and mustard together and pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
