RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Or use 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Raisin Bran
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Mix Raisin bran and milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add oil and egg. Add dry ingredients. Pour batter into 12 greased muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
