RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (17 oz.) box Kellogg's 100% Bran
12 oz. jar (unsulfured) molasses
4 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 (12-16 oz.) box raisins

Combine above and set aside until all liquid is absorbed. Add 3 beaten eggs. Sift together 3 cups flour and 1 tablespoon baking soda. Add to bran mixture. Stir gently just until moistened. Fold in 1 (12 to 16 oz.) box raisins if desired. Divide evenly into 3 (1 dozen) muffin pans, lightly greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool and tilt in pans and freeze while in pans. Store in freezer bags. To reheat: Microwave on high, wrapped in napkin or paper towel for 15 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
