RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg

Cream together:

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients, stir in one 15 ounce box raisin bran, add 1 cup chopped nuts. Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
