1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. coconut
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Stir in pineapple, flour, salt and soda. Add coconut and chocolate chips.
