CRANBERRY-ORANGE BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
3/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. cranberry-orange relish or 1 c. strawberry jam

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter (butter). Combine dry cake mix and oats in a large bowl; stir in melted butter until mixture is crumbly. Measure about half of mixture and press firmly to a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Spread fruit relish or jam evenly over crumb mixture. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes, until tops are light brown. Cool and cut into bars. Makes about 4 dozen.
