FAT FREE MANDARIN ORANGE BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 egg whites
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, with juice

Beat ingredients together for 2 minutes. Pour into 15 x 10 x 1 inch greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Glaze: 3 tablespoons fat free cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat ingredients for glaze together until smooth. Spread on cooled bars.
