MEXICAN STYLE STEAK 
Round steak
1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic (or garlic powder)
1 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 (30 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt

Cut steak into serving pieces, flour, salt and pepper; brown.

Salsa: Heat oil quite hot. Add garlic and onions; brown. Blend tomatoes and chilies. Add to onion and garlic along with salt. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring often. Pour 1/2 of salsa over browned steak. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Serve remaining salsa over rice or freeze to use on another steak.
