MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. self rising cornmeal
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
3 eggs
3 pods jalapeno peppers, chopped r green onions
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream style corn

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 11"x13" greased pan at 425 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
