1/2 c. peanut butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Hershey chocolate kisses

Combine all ingredients except for the kisses. Roll the dough into balls. Then the balls into white sugar. Grease cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. As soon as they come from the oven top each cookie with a Kiss.
