LEMON SQUARES 
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

FILLING:

2 eggs (beat well)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Rind of one lemon
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Blend as you do pie crust. Pack in 8 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until just a pale brown. Mix filling ingredients. Pour on filling while hot. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then immediately sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut in small squares. Makes about 20 to 25.
