25 MINUTE SKILLET LASAGNA 
Fry 1/2 pound ground beef and drain. Add 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1 (8 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (You can also make and add your own sauce with 1 envelope spaghetti mix and 1 can tomato sauce).

Spread 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese on sauce, then spread 1 1/2 cups UNCOOKED egg noodles on cottage cheese. Then pour enough tomato juice to cover the noodles, about 2 cups.

Simmer 25 minutes.

Last 5 minutes add 1 cup mozzarella cheese or about 3 slices American cheese. Then cover.

NOTE: This is very simple and does not require use of the oven. Enjoy!
