SKILLET LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) box lasagne noodles
2 tsp. fresh basil
1 tsp. fresh parsley
2 (15 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water

In a large pot, saute the ground beef and onion. Sprinkle with 1/2 envelope spaghetti sauce mix powder. Top with the cottage cheese. Crack lasagne noodles to fit the pot and put them on top of the cottage cheese. Top with the rest of the spaghetti sauce mix powder. Sprinkle with basil and parsley. Top with tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water.

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer 35-45 minutes. Top with Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese before serving 8 adults or 4 teenagers.
