CORNY RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. yellow rice mix
1 can Mexicorn, drained
1/4 c. butter
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook rice according to package directions. Add next 3 ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 15 more minutes. (You can add 2 cups cooked, cubed ham before baking, to make main dish.)

Serves 8-10.
