CORN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. yellow rice mix (approximately 6 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook rice according to package directions. Add chicken soup and Mexicorn. Put in buttered casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
