CORN - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice mix (Saffron)
2 (12 oz.) cans Mexicorn
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook rice according to package (use butter from stick). When done, add butter and stir until melted. Stir in other ingredients and pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serves 10 to 12.
