COUNTRY OVEN FRIES 
4 med. baking potatoes
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 10x15 pan with Pam. Scrub potatoes. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place in large bowl. Pour dressing over potatoes and sprinkle with salt. Arrange in a single layer in pan. Pour dressing from bottom of bowl over potatoes. Bake 20 minutes. Turn potatoes. Bake 10-15 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
