6 - 8 potatoes
1 sm. onion
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. butter flavored Crisco

Peel potatoes, slice to fry. Chop onion into potatoes, salt and pepper. Melt grease. Pour potatoes in frying pan and cook until golden brown. Cook on medium heat with lid on frying pan.
