NORTHERN COOKED POTATOES 
10 potatoes (new if possible)
4 cream of mushroom soup
1 onion and green onions
2 c. milk
2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 pkg. Southern fried chicken coating mix
1 c. dill pickle juice
2 c. cheese

Wash potatoes and cut in half. Boil about half time of regular cooking and cut up onions and green onions. Add rest of ingredients that have been mixed all together, except coating mix. Sprinkle over the top of potatoes and cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours around 300 degrees.
