PENNY SUPPER 
6 wieners, thinly sliced
4 med. potatoes, cooked and diced
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/4 c. soft butter
1 c. cooked peas
1 tsp. wet mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine wiener slices (reserve a few for top) with potatoes, onions and butter in a 2-quart casserole or baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and toss with wiener mixture. Dot with reserved wiener "pennies." Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with toast triangles. Makes 6 servings.
