BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage or ham 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed 1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded 5 eggs 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Use a round pizza pan or a cookie sheet with rim Brown sausage, drain; separate dough. Place on ungreased pizza pan. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. 6 to 8 servings. |
