BACON-CHEESE BREAKFAST PIZZA 
Pastry for single crust 9" pie
1/2 lb. sliced bacon
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Roll pastry and fit into 12" pizza pan, 3/4" deep. Press against pan sides and trim even with top. Bake on lowest rack of 425 degree oven for 5 minutes. Gently press bubbles down.

In wide frying pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp (or microwave); drain and crumble. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust. In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza. Return to lowest oven rack and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
