CRUNCH TOP BROCCOLI 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 c. fresh broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Cook and drain broccoli. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour, salt, pepper, sugar. Add sour cream and stir constantly over low heat until hot but not boiling. Combine broccoli and sauce in greased casserole. Toss together cereal and cheese; sprinkle over the top. Bake about 20 minutes.
