I use this on pizza. Just use frozen bread dough, spread on and add cheese. Sometimes I add chicken strips under the cheese. Yum!

I make this sauce using Whipping Cream... I melt the butter, add minced garlic and shrimp, put that aside, then in the same pan, I whisk the whipping cream with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, til the cheese is melted, then I mix the garlic/shrimp mixture back into it...I serve it over egg noodles...sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper...Mmm Mmm good!!

Very easy, added my own flair by using lactose free fat free milk. Next time will use a different brand though as it was a little sweet.

This recipe is amazing! Used it for pasta night, and it was delish. Only suggestion I have is to let it simmer for a while, and don't use half and half, use milk instead. This makes it thinner, if you like your sauce that way. Anyway, really liked this recipe!

This recipe was fabulous. However, I did make some slight changes to it. I used 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic, fresh Parmesan, flat-leaf parsley, and heavy whipping cream instead of half and half. Used it for a pizza sauce, will use it for others. Thanks.

Was at Cadillac Cafe in the Mall of America and they had kettle chips with garlic cream sauce, blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette layered like nachos. Can honestly say it was the tastiest thing I have eaten in a long time.

This recipe was awesome. I made it over jumbo shrimp & linguine. It was better than @ a restaurant.

Made this sauce and put it on potato gnocchi, it was great! Used basil instead of parsley, also added chicken.

I tried this sauce with some angel hair pasta and grilled chicken and added salt to my liking, and it was delicious. The sauce is enough for about 2 people, so if you want to make this sauce for more people I'd say just double the recipe and you're in the clear! Enjoy!

My family loved this! Didn't have half & half, so used evaporated milk. Made the color a little yellow, but taste was still good. Amount was too small for our family of 7, & sauce was a little too thick, but I just added more evaporated milk (used almost all of a 12-oz can). Seems the parsley is more for color than flavor. Cheese & milk blend better if you use a whisk vs. A spoon to stir.

Served as a pour-it-on-yourself sauce for shrimp cooked with diced bell peppers, tomato, salt, pepper -- if you plan to mix the sauce in with pasta, etc., you may want to make extra. Yum!

This sauce is fast easy and great! Its a really nice base recipe that you can work with, and you can serve it with anything. My personal favorite is using it as a chicken finger dipping sauce
