CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate fudge topping
3 tbsp. creme de menthe
9 oz. Cool Whip
5 tbsp. creme de menthe

Prepare cake mix according to package. Add 3 tablespoons creme de menthe to mix and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. While cake is still hot, spread chocolate topping over top of cake. Allow to cool.

Blend 5 tablespoons creme de menthe into Cool Whip and spread over cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 10-12 servings.
