CREAM CHIP BEEF 
1 pkg. chip beef
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
Water
Flour

Melt butter in large skillet. Cut or tear chip beef into small pieces and add to butter in skillet. Let the beef heat in the butter a few minutes. Add flour so the mixture becomes almost a thick paste. Add evaporated milk and mix well. Add water and mix well until the skillet is full. Heat on medium low heat until mixture thickens to desired texture. Spice may be added to taste.
