CREAM OF CHIPPED BEEF 
5 pkg. Esskay chipped beef in small pieces
1 green pepper, chopped fine
3 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. real butter
5 hard boiled eggs, cooled & sliced
Milk to give desired consistency
grated onion and Worcestershire sauce (as desired)

Sauté green pepper in the butter; add beef and mix. Sprinkle with the flour and blend until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Serves 45.
