COUNTRY STYLE CREAMED CHIPPED
BEEF
 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. sliced, smoked beef
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in skillet. Chop beef and add to butter. Cook about 3 minutes. Add flour, stir. Cook another 3 minutes. Do not burn the flour. Stir in milk, cook until creamy. It never lumps. Serve over toast for dinner with crisp green salad. Serves 4.
