3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. milk
1/2 egg

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spread batter in loaf pan. Sprinkle on the topping. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

In small bowl, mix with fork until crumbly: 2 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
