BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 sticks butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. Velveeta
4 eggs
2 sm. boxes frozen broccoli, thawed
2 c. cottage cheese

In a heavy saucepan combine butter and flour and heat to paste consistency. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Take to a dinner and you will have no leftovers.)
