CHICKEN EDEN ISLE 
6 boned chicken breasts
6 slices bacon
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Rice

Pepper (only) chicken. Wrap slice of bacon around each breast. Place layer of dried beef in bottom of Pyrex baking dish (large). Place breasts on top of beef; cover with mixture of soup, sour cream and cream cheese. Cover lightly with foil. Place in 325 degree oven for 2 hours. When tender, remove foil and brown slightly. Serve on bed of cooked rice. Serves 6.
