MEATBALLS AND SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
#303 can (15 oz.) puree tomatoes (or 1 qt. home canned tomatoes); 2 cans for more sauce
Basil
Parsley
Onion
Fresh garlic, finely minced
Salt to taste
6 oz. (small) can tomato paste
6 oz. can water

Broil onion. Add remaining ingredients. Add more water when - if needed to thin sauce. Cook 3 to 4 hours.

MEATBALLS
1 - 2 lb. lean hamburger
2 handfuls bread crumbs per 1 lb. of meat
3 eggs
1 handful cheese
Basil
Parsley
Garlic, finely minced
Salt
Pepper
Milk

Mix thoroughly. Make into balls and drop into sauce to cook. Can refrigerate overnight before cooking. Can also fry meatballs if you choose.
