AMISH CREAM PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Dash salt
Unbaked pie crust
Nutmeg

In bowl, blend sugars, with flour and salt. Stir in cream; mix all together, pour into crust. Dot with butter, sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 40 minutes. I serve this in small slices with Cool Whip.
