MICROWAVE MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Microwave butter and cocoa for 2 minutes on high in 2 1/2 quart bowl. Stir in sugar and eggs. Add in flour, salt, vanilla and chopped nuts.

Bake in 12" x 18" glass dish for 10 to 11 minutes on high. Turn at 5 minutes. Spread on 2 cups mini marshmallows.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

Microwave butter, milk and cocoa 2 minutes on High. Stir in salt, vanilla and confectioners' sugar. Pour onto cake. Serve with a cold glass of milk and enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
