BLUE CHEESE BROCCOLI 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 c. milk
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3 oz. cream cheese
bread crumbs

Partially cook and drain broccoli. In sauce pan, melt butter and blend in flour. Add softened cream cheese, blue cheese and milk. Stir on medium heat to a low boil. Sauce will thicken. Place broccoli in a 1 1/2 quart ovenware casserole dish. Cover with sauce. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven.
