CHINESE BARBEQUE CHICKEN 
5 lb. chicken thighs
1 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. five spice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sherry

Mix last 7 ingredients thoroughly and rub into chicken. Let soak overnight in refrigerator. Place chicken in roasting pan. Brown on both sides with skin side up. Pour marinade over chicken. Roast at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
