MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
6 oz. can unsweetened frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained

Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into a 9"x13"x2" dish. (Reserve some of crumb mixture for garnish.) Blend orange juice and milk. Fold in Cool Whip and drained oranges, do not beat. Pour mixture over crumb crust and top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving time.
