STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Pull out stems from mushrooms, cut up some of the stems and fry with meat. Drain the mixture. Add cream cheese to fried meat under low heat, until melted. Stuff meat mixture into mushrooms. Bake in 13x9 pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
