STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. sausage

Wash and cap mushrooms. Set caps aside. Chop mushroom stems. Brown and drain sausage. Add chopped mushroom stems and chopped green onions to sausage and cook until onions are translucent. Turn off burner and add cream cheese to hot mixture. Stir well. Stuff in mushroom caps. Put on cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
