MEAT AND VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. stew meat
1 can mixed vegetables
1 lg. onion
2 lg. potatoes, diced
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots
2 med. cans tomatoes
1 tbsp. chives
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine meat and onions, cook 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 1 hour.
