MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 sm. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 flank steak

Mix ingredients and pour over flank steak in plastic bag. Keep in refrigerator 24-36 hours turning over occasionally. Cook on grill to desired doneness. Slice diagonally against the grain. Delicious! (Everyone asks for this recipe.)
