2 cans minced calms 1 sm. onion, minced 6 tbsp. butter 4 drops red pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. coarse cracker crumbs 1 tsp. parsley Drain juice from clams; save. Saute onion in butter until soft. Stir in clam juice, parsley, seasonings, and then add cracker crumbs. Spoon into shells and put bits of butter on top. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. |
