BAKED CLAMS 
24 clams
1 tbsp. fine chopped onion
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped, cooked spinach
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Open clam shells with knife. Remove and dry clams. Wash shells. Place each clam back into a deep shell half. Mix 1 tablespoon melted butter. Spread mixture over clams in shells. Top each shell with 1 teaspoon chopped cooked spinach. Top each shell with 1/2 teaspoon bread crumbs and dot each with a pat of butter. Heat at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
