PEA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise (more or less to suit your taste)

Combine ingredients, then pour over the peas and mix thoroughly. Chill several hours before serving.
