PEA SALAD 
1 (#2) can green peas
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. salted peanuts
6 hard-boiled eggs
Sweet pickles to taste
1 glass jar pimentos, diced
Salt
Mayonnaise

Heat peas to boiling point. Drain and add cheese, peanuts, eggs, pickles, pimentos and salt. While hot, add mayonnaise to make the right consistency.
