PEA SALAD 
1 can Le Sueur peas
1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. celery
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
Mayonnaise, enough to mix

Stir all ingredients together and let stand at room temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 hours then cover and chill until ready to serve.
