PORTUGUESE SOUP 
1 c. pea beans
1 lg. onion
1 lb. Kale
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. sliced potatoes
1 lb. sausage, sliced
9 c. water
Tony's seasoning

Combine all ingredients except potatoes and kale. Cook until sausage and pea beans are done. Then the last 30 minutes of cooking add potatoes and Kale cooking until tender.
