MARINADE FOR MEAT 
2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. onion, minced

Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly to blend. Makes 1 cup. Refrigerate. Good on steaks, chuck roast, pork tenderloin.
